There's some clipping but in places it sounds like the tape has been jammed in the recording device.  Kinda like when you had an old
cassette tape that jammed in the player, you managed to get the tape out and rewind it back in the cartridge and "save" the cassette
but whenever it plays over that spot, the sounds gets a little "munged."
