I agree--that scene got flooded and old, and then mostly died out. At  
least the Bosstones were heavier and probably the best songwriters of the  bunch,
and their live shows were pretty punk.

No offense I used to like them.... but all that revival of Ska stuff got  
boring in the mid 90's. Too many bands sounding a bit too happy and all the  
same.
