[kj] (OT) Derf Scratch / Buzzcocks

Indeed, the band is still together and touring. Saw them in June, and they were great. I don't recall the band ever charting here, at all. As Greg points out, they were a college radio staple.

  Doubt they ever had a song or album that charted in the US (although college radio certianly played them--especially the song "Radio 9"
  KJ had the songs "Eighties", "LLB", "Millenium" and "Pandemonium" played on the radio a little. Doubt any of their albums charted, except maybe Nightime.

  Many of the Buzzcocks releases went top 40.

  Oh, I forgot--the Decendents (are they from around LA too?). Kind of like the US version of the Buzzcocks, with about 1/1000 the recognition and record sales (I just read that
  "Harmony in my Head" was on the UK charts).
