Nooo. I grew up watching that "Nature" show every sunday night on

PBS.  Frontline, Masterbates Theatre, etc., too.

Were you folks exiled San Francisco hippies banished east into the desest

Uh, I can answer that with two words: "Hell, no."  (No offense to any other
"A-Team" or even "Growing Pains"  fans here; just wasn't my cup of tea)

I was one of those uber-boring goofballs who really liked PBS. Sad, no? ; )

Indeed it does, sir. Why anyone would take anything Kirk Cameron says
seriously is beyond me (the religious aspect aside). He's just a dolt -- and
"Growing Pains" sucked.

Obviously, I was one of those sulky, angst-ridden teens who did *not* find
him attractive in any way, shape or form.
