   You're aware that it does absolutely nothing - nothing - about the issue provoking it all... that the cop doing the kicking is also usually pretty indiscriminate about who he kicks, just so long as he can get away with it being his only criteria. Highly irrational, and, useless. Hey! just like the criminal he's pursuing!  Let's all chase our own shadows, kick'em down, and then it'll "all go away....." ...i think.

In short, it du'nt do any good. If it did, then things like Guantanamo and the electric chair would've done their job and have been retired a long time ago.
