I stretch my traps every day, along with rotational and neck extension
stretches.and scapula / rotator cuff control drills. It's not that.traumeel
is okay, tried it once.prefer a good deep tissue massage. It was prob caused
by sleeping lying on the same side too often and slouching at my PC at work
I think. Your advice is totally sound however. No heart attack imminent.but
I haven't been checked for scurvy or rickets in a while.

It is probably being caused by your trapezius. Keep trying to stand
straight, and pull your shoulder blades together.
I recommend 'Traumeel' for aching muscles.
Or are you about to have a heart attack or stroke? ;)

No it's still around. Was doing a calf stretch yesterday, went to shake some
sweat off my nose.apparently shaking your neck while bending it forward
isn't a great idea.I tweaked it again and I'm still partially
Frankensteined. My head is sitting off slightly to the side as well.it's
cracking the boys up at work, esp how I can't turn around to answer a
question without turning my whole body like an octogenarian.BAH!
