If you are a fat bastard, then stop eating so much.

Instead of getting a bus or driving home and then sitting on your lard ass watching cookery programmes whilst eating a high fat ready meal with a token tomato added, instead of getting the bus or driving home, Walk home .

You will get exercise and you wont be gaining calories in front of the TV....and you will be saving the environment
