[kj] dilemma

Reading your post tells me you really want to see PJ.  I saw her on two different occasions, and she was completely different.  One time fantastic, one time not so much.  It's like someone telling me that "Ziggy Stardust" Bowie is "Sound and Vision" Bowie, or "Let's Make a Commercial Dance Record" Bowie.  No.  Some tours are more compelling than others.  We all know this.  Go with how you feel.  You are telling us your underlying sentiments and predilection already.  It's PJ!!!!!

 

Also, without Bob, and the Steppin Razor (I don't remember if he left yet, I am sure he did but I didn't want to ignore his contributions to the Wailers) I guess "Exodus" would be  missing some major power, eh? I and I say we been in Babylon way too long if we're going to pay to see a work by a great artist performed by the remaining musicians.  Is Big Brother and the Holding Company going to tour soon?  ;)

I agree with Neil, plenty of time to see PJ in the future.  Go to Exodus.

No contest. PJH will be around for ever but the Wailers won't be touring

Alright fellow jokers toss the coin time.  Just realised that two gigs I would otherwise go to are happening on the same night!  I hate that!!!

 

PJ Harvey and John Parish play Brum Town Hall on the same night that the Wailers play the Exodus album in its entirety at Brum Academy  Loads of friends are going to the latter but I am really into the idea of seeing the PJ.
