I didn't know there was a dvd - nice one, I'll have to check it out. It was the Anvil Vapre EP that
got me into them.

Cabs - I have a few albums, dvd's etc. I find them a bit patchy, but interesting. I have that lovely
'The Living Legends' double vinyl with their earlier industrialish material. A few of Mr Kirk's solo
albums too - have you heard 'Virtual State'? Fuckin' awesome!

I'm a huge fan of Autechre and AFX. I did get into Cabaret Voltaire when I was younger (Teens). The "Colours" release was one of my favorite Eps from them.

With the exception of "Confield", I like all of Autechre's stuff. Pretty much own everything they put out, including the DVD.

Yep, when Autechre really had it going on. Funny, they're all pretty uninteresting these days.

Richard James (aphex twin) is a huge cluster fan.
I love the first 4 Autechre albums especially incunabula & amber. I am also a big Cabs fan :)

The 'Cluster & Eno' album is a good one. 'After the Heat' & 'Begegnungen' as well, but they're not strictly Cluster..same crew though :)

Didn't Connie Plank produce BTATS & NT? It probably explains the very 'clean' sound.
They're a bit glossy and the bass treatment is a bit hit and miss (sometimes lacks gravity), but I still like them :D
KJ have always seemed to have issues on the bass front, when recording. Fire Dances is a bit thin, too.
