oh where do I start.  Again.  Bought all of the color versions (like a lame
fan boy I know).  The shipped them so poorly that every record and smashed
corners.  And I am not talking a little ding.  I am talking a 1 inch by 2
inch bend.  Every record.  I paid a gawd awful amount of money to ship it to
the US and they used nothing more than a basic bubble wrap.  I am surprised
the records weren't broke in two.
The CD/DVD "box set" (box is a misrepresentation) literally came apart.  The
glue did not adhere.

T-shirts.  Bought the last tour t-shirt with the jester.  The ink is already
coming up.

They keep sending me copies of October File

I purchased the re-re-release of Unperverted Pantomime (why...I have 3
previous copies WITHOUT the concert movie) and Duende together (good thing
they didn't have them on the last US tour).  It was delayed for over a
month.  Why?  Who knows.  They wouldn't return any emails.  I am guessing
because of Pantomime.

I don't know if they are over extended, under paid or under care but they
stink.
