They have trouble getting all kids immunized in the US, I will be very surprised to see them have any success with having everyone inocculated against the "Swine Flu".  Bottom line, money will be the factor.  Who cares if the surplus population is weeded out?  Ah, old Scrooge never died.....he just became the brother of Mr Burns.
