Not good news for me (but I've actually never seen a vampire portrayal before). But I'm not sure how anti-communsit the Joke are since they had the hammer/sickle logo as recently as the Gathering 25 dvd (if the band was even the ones who made that shirt).

I wouldn't be surprised if it came from some anti-Communist propaganda, portraying the Commies as vampires sucking the blood from the religious, the rich etc etc. I've seen Communists depicted as vampires before, and it's the kind of thing Colesy and the band would love, I suspect ;)

Blimey. I used to have that one. I lost a box with about 100 shirts in it during a move, sadly, including lots of KJ, Play Dead, Neubauten, and Birthday Party.


Didn't understand it then either. I liked the reversed name.
