I saw Stuart Morrow (ex-NMA he was in Loud at the time) & that Chris bloke out of Loud (ex-NMA too) at Murder Inc at Manchester Int2.

Oh yeah & that bloke who used to be in March Violets/Batfish Boys at Leeds Uni in 86.

But the best one was at the Barfly gig in 2005 when I saw the black bloke out of Only Fools & Horses who was Rodney's/Mickey Pearces mate. Class !

Do they count ?

lol!

The guitarist was there too. Shortly afterwards he listed that gig as the "Best Gig Ever" in a Kerrang! questionaire. Jaz's verdict: "I don't want fuckers like that at our gigs."

Wasn't one of the Darkness at the Underworld gig a few years back?

Brian.

Has anyone seen any celebrities, artists, or other in/famous types at a Killing Joke show, ever?

Do Rob Moss and Jonn Chapman count?

And he raises a good question also: Has anyone seen any celebrities, artists, or other in/famous types at a Killing Joke show, ever?

I’d like to think that you were right. However, I’m irresistibly drawn to the thought that Angelina hasn’t a fucking clue who Crass were, and her clothing decisions are made on her behalf by her stylist. I’d love to be wrong.

Nauseating.

For me, this t shirt on some multi millionaire fit reality-impersonator raises the issues of that argument on here before, where one person talked about people being something they werent, and another got very insistent that they were no fraud at all.

Is Jolie really at heart someone who'd jump around at a Crass gig smelling of sweat and passion in her 2nd hand ripped old clothes, fresh from a squat full of idealism, anarchy and wacky backy? Or is she more like me, someone who 25 odd years ago liked to think they were like that, and went onto live in the odd squat in Hackney Wick and found it was all necessity of poverty and survival that you were part of any sub-culture with the associated lefty anarco whatever politics?

I respected Crass but I never soiled their gigs with my presence. So I'd never wear a t shirt with them on it, because I'd never be up to what I saw them as standing for.
