I think it would be a matter of taste. I like ALL of their albums, for me album of the Year being one of their best.

The Real Thing poops all over King for a Day and Album of the Year. Even the very best tracks off both albums can't hold a candle to Zombie Eaters, The Real Thing, The Morning After, Underwater Love....ugh!

KFAD and AOTY aren't as exceptional as Angel Dust, to be sure... But Jim Martin had almost no input on the album, so it's not because of his absence. Besides, all three of the albums that followed The Real Thing (which Martin had plenty of input on) are most definitely superior and more original too.

No way, Jim was essential to the group. Or is it just a coincidence that the 2 albums they did without him are WAY worse than the ones they did with him?

An FNM reunion is the only thing that comes close to a KJ one in my estimation, so I'm extremely excited right now.
