why?

There are still copies available from the original pressing.  The cover is cool....but not very relevant to anything.  
Is this Plastichead trying to Kiss-out Killing Joke?  Maybe there will be a line of Killing Joke cigars and wine.  And their STELLAR boxset of Extremities makes me want to run out and buy this (tongue firmly in cheek).
