To tell you the truth that place blows! I don't think they would sell it out
like the old days? And you have to pay for certain sections if I recall with
Bauhaus in 2005. I have never seen so many tall people in front of me and my
buddy at that gig.... We are 5'11 by the way! Everyone was like 6 feet and
up. Anyway I hope to get good tickets.

Oh fer Crissakes, will some of you quit the (uninformed) whining?

You don't "pay for certain sections......." It's almost always one price
for the floor and one price for reserved seating in the balcony for those
that don't wanna stand. The only show they actually had reserved seating on
the floor was for Lindsey Buckingham a few years ago who drew a geriatric
audience who *needed* to sit on their asses. They don't cordon off sections
of the floor except for a small VIP area around the soundboard/mixing desk
area near the back of the floor. You can move around anywhere you want on
the floor.

What usually happens is once the show starts, sometimes security will limit
more people from cramming down to the front especially if it's pretty rowdy,
but if you're already down front when the show starts and you need to go to
the restroom or bar, just make sure the security guy you walk past going
back knows who you are so he'll remember you coming back. If you're in the
pit, it's even better because they give you a wristband to come and go as
you please and once the 150 or so wristbands are given out, they don't let
anyone else in.

Basically, get there by about 6pm and if it's first come, first served,
you'll get a great spot, likely in the pit. A very small number of bands
charge a higher price or give pit-specific tickets away through their fan
clubs, but based on Killing Joke's history, I would be shocked if they did
either option. Just get there a bit early and you'll be fine.

The only negative I can agree with is yeah, the place is a bit big (holds
about 3,500) but the sound is among the best of any place in Southern
California big or small and like I said, you can pretty much sit or stand
anywhere you want depending on how much effort you want to put in to getting
right up front.

Let's bitch about what we want to hear them include in the 2010
setlist...... THAT, I can get behind.
