Unless you're lifting a progressively heavier weight then all you're doing
by repeated marathon self-abuse is developing endurance, muscle strain,
and myopia...technically. So start adding resistance, take a cue from
those chi heroes who tow pickups with their bits or something. MAN THE
HELL UP! ;)
