I don't know if this affects anyone else too, but Stargreen left me a
message to call them. They told me my card had expired since buying the
ticket and that I had to give them my new card details.

I called them up & a few days later they refunded me, I guess they are
sitting on the money until you actually complain.
 
Must be some relative of Jaz Coleman or something running it :-)
