[kj] OT - Obama. .

I don't think Obama can, I also don't think the US is going to have it the
way it's been for the last 20 or so years.

Because they, after all, are technically the government.

Obama alone cannot turn anything around -- maybe some of his/Congressional
policies can help, but the U.S. economy is much too large and complex for
one person to really make any difference. Ultimatley, it is Americans
themselves who can help turn things around. Because they, after all, are
technically the government.

Does anyone think that the US can turn this around? Or is it a decline in
the pre-eminence of the US? Obama just happens to be the first guy in after
the last great destroyer, Bush. But I was pissed off that he doesn't seem
interested in pursuing legal action against the Bush administration for war
crimes, that rhetoric about looking forward instead is pretty weak. How can
he say he feels accountable for what he does if he lets Bush waltz away
after what he's done?

Please review the message below and vote (it's real easy). When doing so,
please consider the horrendous complex of problems, none of his making, with
which he has to deal along with the fact that he has been in office less
than 100 days although it does not feel like this. Also consider the
purpose for which anti-Obamaites will use this.

MSNBC has a poll up about the President ' s job so far for the first 100
days. Republicans are flooding the poll with "F" votes. E-mail to all those
that you can. Obama needs our help. His 100 day mark is approaching fast.

Pass this address on and go to it to vote:
