This is a pretty funny site that mainly - although not exclusively! -  
pokes fun at "clueless Brits" (done by Brits), mainly the British 
counterpart to American "Tea Party" types:

It's pretty funny, but quite a few Yanks in there, too.

I think it started mostly as poking fun at a lot of the cavalier, 
aggressively ignorant types of comment the site's founders would often 
read at the BBC website's "Reader's Comments" section.
