It's their own bloody fault. Anyway, the other Nordic countries
(including the Faroe Islands) were the first to help and other
followed, but with 1) the UK and Netherlands nearly screwing up a loan
from Russia and 2) a dick like Oddsson from the Central Bank of
Iceland, no wonder they are still screwed.
