[kj] Blood on our hands?

How extraordinary.

I can see why you wanted to post it, though. On the first page of the
comments, someone has said "Call an exorcist! Quick!"

Are you some sort of superhero, who attends when summoned?

Yeah, I'll concede that. My issue is focussed on your first five words,
personally.

If you must worship something I would've thought that worshipping a natural
form which actually exists; whose beauty, familiarity and constancy turns
you on is much more rational than bowing down to an imaginary fwiend and
master.

... whereas worshipping a hill is the zenith of rationality. One would run
the very real danger of encountering Julian Cope in a wizard hat.

Well we could start, ironically enough, with Christians. The Romans ripped a
lot of them to pieces and nailed a few to wood.

Pagans in history - notably Aztecs, but plenty more - have also killed a lot
of their own people in sacrifices.

Let's not forget the Viking raiders on the British Isles.

I've nothing against pagans incidentally. Why the hell would anyone have
anything against a pagan? It'd be a bit irrational to hate someone for
worshipping a hill.

Oh right, and like pagans never killed anybody too :)
