All the fun of the fair !

Well the second show in Milan was a classic Moody one....ruffled
feathers and lashing outs all round .The crew and support band are
revolting........!It ain't easy and the bus is tough but they didn't have to
go around Germany for 6 weeks in a transit with no hotels in the
80's...thats what I call bad! Still our veteran of the road, the good Captain
Patrick Sparrow, our road manager ,routed the rebels with a promise of F1
motorway hotel for the night and the circus rolled on out of town intact !
I met John from England who has a 4 volume complete collection of Kj
press. He brought one with and kindly allowed my to take some pix (check
photo blog) I really encouraged him to publish the whole thing with a
CD....what a quest !I hope he wasn't too disappointed with meeting
us....lots of expectation!
It was a pleasure to meet old friends of the band like Luca and Stefan
.Weird after first show in the taxi back to the hotel an Infadels single i
produced this year came on "free things for poor people" sounded fat ,then
after the second show the DJ drops "twist"by the Futureheads, another recent
production ....the intro took me bye surprise and I mentioned to Jaz "check
this tune out" then realized I had made it ! She sounded razor sharp and the
Milanese saturday night dancefloor exploded with a youthfull indie stomp.
Jaz raised one caterpillar eyebrow and dismisively muttered "Powerpop" under
his breath ...with a grunt...bless him!
