Yep. And they were poorly ran too. They just closed down Century City  
Hospital which I thought was a bit odd. But money makes a difference I believe.

That will  never happen, IMHO. 
And I'll say this: I'm no fan, but I'll credit Arnie  for being a moderate, 
sensible GOP leader. He's actually turned out to be a  pleasant surprise.
