Point taken, Fluke.
Of course, I assume you also abhor the right-wing smears, as well.
(Let's not forget all those lovely e-mails about Obama, please.)

My problem with Palin is her views -- I really don't give a rat's ass about her family, tabloids, etc.

Good point on the passport.

About the leftie smears, it could also be both sides smudging the truth a bit.
Both The Frontiersman and the local employees (Wassilla pop. 9,000) involved
have lotsa reasons to present a more career-friendly or at least a less Governess-provoking
position when/if going "on the record," too.

I dont see how you can judge a person on the basis of when they first got their passport .
Also she didn't ban any books whilst she was Mayor she just ............

"Palin herself, questioned at the time, called her inquiries rhetorical and simply part of a policy discussion with a department head "about understanding and following administration agendas," according to the Frontiersman article."

I abhor these Left Wing smear campaigns, they are dishonest , deceitful and they distort the democratic process .
