Rule 1 For Adults:
Well, only bizarrely intentioned adults write patronizing lists about what "kids these days" are going to encounter and have the audacity to expect any form of respect in return, including reading the whole list. Kids already know these facts and are afraid of being a "grown up", even though they might not show this to you. So the best thing to help everyone, list maker, is to think about the things in your life that you might have missed due to your regimented, antiquated mindset that also has an distinct underlying riff of jealousy.
