For whatever it is worth the Amazon.co.uk is showing a pre-order for Duendes, and Unperverted Pantomime from Plastichead.

So what that means for me is that I may not have to order through Plastichead (which being in the US I have not had good luck with).  I also inquired about the Duende tour t-shirt.  To my surprise (not really) I have not heard back yet.
