What I do know is that  Blinko/Rudimentary Peni have written another 
book, _The Haunted Head, that  was completed some time back and has been 
delayed again and again. It is  to be published by Durtro, the label 
owned by Current 93. It was to be  published before Xmas last year, but 
haven't heard of it since June of  this year, when it was still "in the 
works."

But I have no idea  when/if a _Primal Screamer_ reprint is due.

Unfortunately the Peni show  videotaped @ the URL I posted is not that 
great. Quite a few screw ups  here and there and at some points Blinko's 
vocals just sound tired. But  it's odd footage of them eve exists ON  video.
