I don't think it's going to be much different. Back in 1980 we were all
excited about the space-age and were expecting to be living in pods with
hover cars for transport by the year 2000.

Nearest thing we've got is flat screen TVs and iPods. And those silver
suits the "celebs" wear on Hole in the Wall.

That Venus Project looks so cool, but such a utopia is never going to
happen. (And it looks like he's selling up...)

Very interesting though, love that kind of thing.
