  Nearly happened to me recently when i was just about to buy tix for STG but 
found out just before paying that STG are not Shiny Toy Guns (local l.a. band).

What Billy Goat said abot The D.I.'s is a trip!  As little punkers would confuse The D.I.'s with D.I. when they played L.A. Onetime my buddies went to a D.I.'s show and were disapointed to find out that it was not the punk oneI Confusing punk times. ;)
