[kj] OBAMA HAS WON-PRESIDENT ;d

I hope you are right, and the healthcare changes should bring benefits to
the economy.

Obama's words are encouraging and I feel his comprehension, intelligence and
class may help in international affairs. But until energy usage - America's
demands change - then our lifestyle will usurp any hope of a peaceful world.

But before then it will be china's turn to do the fucking. Get out the lube
y'all.

2012 can't come soon enough

Gotta disagree...

I was reading recently that the boom / bust cycle for quite a while in the
US has been Democrat for the booms and Republicans for the busts...

Any changes in healthcare alone will have a big effect on the economy,
according to what I've read there's a massive looming crisis with the
increased spend on healthcare - with the baby boomers starting to enter
retirement from 2011 on...9some would be trickling through early already).

>From what I gather a lot of baby boomers are going to want to sell their

houses as they retire and transfer the $ into cash and similar, so there
may be a glut off houses on the market, further harming prices...

There's no doubt that the Dems now being in such a position of power will
have a marked effect on the economy, and I think Obama is going to be a
change for the better in terms of the US's international relations.
