I knew a guy whose name Michale Cashdollar. Yep, Cashdollar.

You know how last names often are related to a trade one's forebears 
practiced? Like, Smiths were probably, well, smiths. And my last name -- 
maybe I've an ancestor that was a shepherd?

So -- Cashdollar. Banker? JEW!?! Hah - just kidding. Us lefties are 
allowed two or three off color, non-PC remarks a year.

But seriously.
