The anti-name I guess would be He Who Cannot Be Named of The Dwarves...?

Never impressed with that one -- makes me think of the Samhain song 
instead of anything especially clever -- but worth a mention in this thread.

In more contemporary band news, the Portland band Deathcharge's singer 
goes by Alex Void, but he spells it on releases as "A. Void." "Avoid." 
Get it? Not bad.
