I totally agree with your sentiments Milinda. It's funny: Even in my 20s, I never thought 40 to be "old," as my parents were "older" when I was born, and were vital, life-loving people.
You are so right about our generation! While it's important to acknowledge when we all enter different phases of our lives, it hardly means we're "finished" at 35, 40, 50, etc!
May your weekend also be amazing, fellow Killing Joke (and Big Paul!) fan!
All the best,
karen

thanx for those kind words karen, and yes its true, life does begin over forty, but to anyone who thinks other wise, and the end of the day, life is what you make it ;D

and heres a strange one,i have met people in there early 20s whos out look is very dated and backward thinking, they appear old b.4 there time,so in that case,so glad i was born in the 60s-- 1961 our generation are young at heart ;)

have a lovely wild weekend karen.

    And you're still young, Melinda!
Thanks for sharing that with us; I wholeheartedly agree with this truism: "Youth is wasted on the young."
    All the best,
    Karen

beeing in a loving relationship for instance and willing to share,in my thirtys,i didnt want to share and was not to interested in commiting for to long in relationships, now i am the opposite in my 40s ;D

One more hour and 17 minutes to go until my 30's are behind me. Help me raise a glass to all the fun that was had the first 39 years! I know I've raised more than I should have tonight. Getting up early tomorrow and going to a German beerfest in the woods bright and shine!
              Cheers,
              Michael
