We have exactly the same problem in NZ. There's a story in the local
Auckland paper today about a guy who was beaten and robbed by four 16 year
old kids, he got back in his car and followed them, rammed them, they
buggered off, he found them and rammed them again...totalled their stolen
car and they were caught soon after. Good job.
