I got in touch with one of the promoters / developers of the movie when the
link came out, have been in touch for a few weeks, anyways they have told me
that they are 2/3rds of the way through filming, and are seeking some more
money to complete the movie, $NZ 30K specifically. I asked her if she wanted
me to put this out to the list, and she does, so if anyone is interested in
investing, let me know. Would be kind of cool if between us we could dredge
up some money, surely there’d have to be at least a few backstage passes
handed out too ;)

It would be really awesome to put the word out on the Gathering list...and
this feels like the right thing to do too...

The 3oK is the development money that is so crucial in this project getting
to the next stage...the meetings in the UK are with potential investor's to
fund the film to completion...

Personal Investment is returned plus a credit on the film...
Sponsorship is another deal which can be broken down into product
alignment/placement/credit- etc...

....and yes we still have more interviews to do and yes Lydon and Tool are
on that list :)

 

So…there you go.

 

And yes the interview last night was obviously in part an attempt to drum up
interest and further investment in order to see the fillum completed. But
remember it was targeted at a Kiwi audience, as opposed to the interviews on
the KJ website and XXV DVD, which were targeted at fans, hence the format
and content were different.
