Good lad! This is it though, it's not the genre itself, but the aggressiveness/heaviness (finding
it hard to put it into words) that appeals, so some people can appear to be genre-hopping, whereas
I think it's more to do with the appeal of a shared element.

Just found Never Again on youpubes...

I think discharge were very influential on metal.
I had no idea d beat was something named after them. On paper it looks like a mutant polka.
Drummers on the list, is it 2 step, 4/4 or what?
