Also, just 2 years after that Queen song, the Buzzcocks made what most
people think to be the first 'd-beat" song, "You tear Me Up," which
sounds light years more developed to me than Queen:

1976! The song kicks ass. It uses the d-beat drum pattern so many other
punk bands would use, to this day. But there's still a strong case for
Zakary Thaks in the 60s laying down the blueprint.
