[kj] Post Length

Actually, I have a complaint, but no specific admin request. it's waking 
up every day to find like 100 emails on this list mostly made up of 4 
word replies to something, stuff that looks like it belongs more in an 
IRC chat room than on a mail discussion list. Reading a string of 3 or 4 
word joke-response-joke-response tit-for-at little things gets annoying.

It's ironic someone would complain of long posts. I guess if you include 
every previous posted thing into one of these terse little snarky 
comment type reponses they do add up to it being one huge email, but 
most of what I see is, like, posts that really are like 5 or 6 words' 
length at most.
