I couldn't have gotten away with saying that, but I totally agree!! Rubbing peoples' noses in it, so to speak ;)

Also, I think people like Twatchell do a disservice to the gay community, that annoying little man would turn ANYONE off whatever thing he's fighting for on that day. "Oh, it's Wednesday today, shall I bang-on about gay rights today? I did that yesterday. Hmmm. Or maybe the rights of Lobsters? Shall I make everyone sick of hearing it & in fact turn them off so much that they end-up disliking my 'chosen minority group for today' even more?" I was so pleased when that Russian copper punched him in the face - might remind him how good it is over here after all. And that's saying something!

Clearly sexuality is a grey area throughout nature - that's the thing that porgrammed humans would like to ignore. I don't think the article I posted tries to make it black & white, either. I just think it's another little step in the right direction...

Anyway, what's wrong with you? I'd fuck Anne Widdecombe any day! ;)

No, donâEUR(tm)t - I was agreeing with you!

<<< I don't suppose the worlds' religions will give a flying fuck about these results anyway >>>

Exactly, and it is the worldâEUR(tm)s religions that spout all the homophobic clap-trap that the ignorants take on board.

It is good that straight/educated people want to âEURoestick up for usâEUR, we need all the help we can get. Scientific studies are much more likely to help eradicate homophobia than puffs on floats with their arses out at Gay Pride.

But to say we all have one type of brain or another is simplified rubbish. ThereâEUR(tm)s a whole spectrum of difference in peopleâEUR(tm)s sexuality, from being straight to loving the Eiffel Tower (anyone see that programme?).

I'll keep my nose out in future. I don't suppose the worlds' religions will give a flying fuck about these results anyway. Clearly gay people don't wish to be patronised by heteros. I just thought

it to be positive is all.

Well as IâEUR(tm)m seemingly âEURoethe only gay on the GatheringâEUR, IâEUR(tm)ll stick my opinion in: itâEUR(tm)s all horseshit.

So let me get this, er, straight - I think like a man because I like women, snooker and Top Gear. OK, but I also like flowers, chocolate and Desperate Housewives (the TV show, that is) âEUR" maybe IâEUR(tm)m bi and didnâEUR(tm)t realise.

R20;The study suggests sexual orientation may be set in the wombR20; R11; is this news? I suppose itâEUR(tm)s nice that well-meaning people keep wanting to prove that, as Ade put it, R20;gay people are not the unnatural monsters that ignorants think they areâEUR.

But itâEUR(tm)s such a grey area; itâEUR(tm)s impossible to put people neatly into boxes. If I had to choose between Brad Pitt and Anne Widdecombe, IâEUR(tm)d choose Brad. DoesnâEUR(tm)t make me straight though.

Cheers,

Janean
