For all that I do take the mickey, in a funny way, I have long been wondering when I’d hear mention of anti-corporate revolution, including the theme of suicide bombers.

I personally can’t understand why at least public large-scale boycott hasn’t been used more. Perhaps I suppose because the war for the media has already been won?

(this thread is gonna get the Echelon network and the doomsday web-bots zipping…)

Hey, I sat through the Coleman clip without laughing.....until I had left my state of shell shock.

Yeah, I said the guy was weird and yeah, he said it in that spacey type of "whoa, I am telling you something mystical" way when he said "Nomen est Omen, dudette", but I managed to keep a straight face. If I would have laughed, I would miss forever the priceless wisdom he could convey!

Are you honestly saying that alarm bells didn’t start ringing that someone could say with a straight face:

“Nomen est Omen, dudette"

That’s the funniest thing I’ve heard in, well about 20 mins, but it’s still fucking funny LOL :-)

Oh, my word, I thought it was just this one weird metal dude I knew (regarding crazy blog about the Joker, Raven's death, etc). He always says that Killing Joke have a "negative vibe" and "Nomen est Omen, dudette".........then I see someone has a blog devoted to this shit??? I just thought that one person was insane in the membrane. Better tell him not to cover "The Wait" or he will die a thousand deaths!

That's interesting....David J had a book out of photos of Bauhaus, where he expressly stated he focused on Peter Murphy and there is an essay about "Murphy's beauty, yadda, yadda, he's great" on Peter Murphy's website by David J. So, I always thought it was Daniel Ash and Peter Murphy who had the issues. Just the body language when I saw them gave me that impression as well.

David J, Kevin Haskins and Daniel Ash are quite happy working together. There are issues between Daivid J and Murphy, with Daniel Ash acting as mediator.
When it comes to these guys full body of work, 'bauhaus' is only a fraction of it.
