I recently read that in the 80's the difference in salaries between the 'bottom rung ' employee and a director/ceo was 40 times higher in most companies with over 1000 employees, that figure rose to 431 higher in 2007.....and look at the golden handshake they all manage to negotiate...Airbus is one in particular :
Here, take a 5 million € 'bonus' to leave....
