Not true. Greed is entirely socially based (in fact recent biological evidence shows people are more "naturally" the opposite than greedy). Second, by not giving the ones "who run the place" any special treatment like higher pay or fame or power, you'd avoid the 2nd problem. Third, the crappy jobs could easily be split among everyone (we even used to do this in my college frat and we weren't even close to being communists).
