Cyclists are very important, the air quality would be that much worse if we
didn't have all those millions of sets of lungs out there filtering the smog
for us.

Wake up, go to work, come home, get on my new bike, cycle (for like 2
hours), or handball or basketball, more cycle, get home at 1-2am
shower, eat, sleep. Rinse and repeat.

Exciting ehhh?

Summer heat. Missing my wife & children during the week, as they're
currently esconced out at my Mother's place on Long Island for all of July

Trying to not drink so much goddamn beer and eat so much cruddy food, as now
that I'm forty, I don't seem to shed the weight quite as swiftly as I used
to do. Have been considreing stepping away from The Gathering, if only
because I rarely have the time to devote to it.

Trying not to stress out so much, but that seems unavoidable.

Looking forward to KJ shows in October, obviously.

Competition is a barbaric, insensitive ritual that reeks of social
Darwinism.
We cannot allow the fittest to survive on our pages. Your loss is someone
else's gain, and your gain is someone else's loss. Therefore, losers
contribute
to the society and winners take away from it. Being a winner is unethical,
while
a society of losers is happy and striving as a collective. In the spirit of
diversity,
inclusiveness, and collectivism our contests shall have no winners.
Everyone is declared a loser, which in our book means an ethical team
player.
