Howdy, Ex:

Well, Jaz has had his issues; I guess Big Paul hinted at some rather snotty behavior in the past while in the band. But I hear you on supporting of the best of all time!

May be true... I'm not that familiar with all of KJ members and antics.
However, I'll always be there to support them! :)

Let's acknowledge that Jaz has a major ego, and has acted like a real jackass over the years. Unfortunately, that sums up about 90 percent of those in the music business. Sad, but true.

So if Raven couldn't work out how to get to the doctor it is Jaz's fault?

Notting Hill Exchange:
There was a price on Big Paul's head - Only 30p!!!

In plainer language what I mean to say is the day after Melt Banana rocked ULU I picked up a Kings & Queens 12" for 30p.

The price sticker is on the head of the drummer.

I also did not find funny all when Jaz said (more
than once) there wasn't enough
money available after recording KJ2003 to get Geordie back
home [from another town,
I inferred] so he had to catch a bus. As in *gulp* a
Greyhound bus? with his gear too?
Jaz couldn't put up a few dollars to get his own
lifetime friend and fellow father safely
and timely back home to his wife and kids??

That right there said alot to me about Jaz. That and the
fact that i've never seen him
later qualify or further explain that event, at least so it
doesn't make him look so selfish.

At what point on his Business class flight(and his
compulsory complimentary daily hot meal) back home did he
think maybe he could've done some more for his
'good friend'?

Sure, Mr Coleman is the most verbose and manically
narcissistic of the band. He is "spoken about"
the most because he has made the most public attempts to
garner attention towards himself.

Didn't he attempt to make a solo album and it had to be
at the last minute altered to an infamously bad Killing
Joke album? I rest my case.

However, his lyrical ability has touched my heart.
Can't deny it. Ironically, I recommend KJ to more
people than any other band, period. I told a local
rapper that he had to listen to KJ when he was writing a
song called "Gods and Queens". He really liked
them.

My point, though, is that the movie is not called
"Jaz The Spazz"......the movie is supposed to be
about Killing Joke.

And, yes, I would watch this movie and anything with Jaz
Coleman. But I am angered this is being promoted when a
very important tour is coming up.

My heart and mind is on the side of team Killing Joke, not
just Mr Coleman, period.

When Mr Coleman said that Raven had been complaining about
chest pain for months before his death, and Mr Coleman said
nothing about recommending a doctor to him, it told me all I
needed to know. I did not find that funny, did you?

Oh come on, any way you look at it Jaz is the most
entertaining motherfucker. Whether you find him a bit
spinal tap, whatever, at least he has the decency to laugh
after his huge statements. And who do we spend more time
talking about on the list than anyone else…?? (Except Bush
;)

I’ve shown the various Jaz interviews to a few people, no
one has failed to be at the very least entertained. My
little brother’s favourite Jaz bit is how he squeezes out
those lines at the beginning of Asteroid (“And the third
angel sounded, and a star fell from heaven…”). He
reckons it soounds like a drunk guy taking a shit. Have to
say that cracked me up…even though that song’s one of
my faavourites J

I am just wondering how the hell these guys are practicing
for this tour.....I mean, if this mockumentary is mostly
the "Jaz show" put it on hold as well as any
"previews", film the reunion, then the Jaz man
can go psycho again about Jimmy Page being his long lost
brother all he wants in this "Death and Resurrection
Show".

I gotta agree, this trailer looks much better than the
first. However, wasn't KJ formed by the mutual
interest in "esoteric magick" that BPF and
Coleman shared? Big Paul is
a HUGE (pun intended) piece of the puzzle. I would much
rather see them all talking about this then side stories of
Jaz in Gaza 10 years ago. I would much rather see a
reunion of Big Paul, Youth and Jaz Coleman after the death
of Paul Raven on camera than any UFO hunting. The most
interesting parts of Jaz Coleman's fragmented life will
never be captured. But if you look closely enough, anyone
can see he is an open book, trying to distract with
"magick" and his new found friends. Oh, that
rebel!

Competition is a barbaric, insensitive ritual that reeks of social Darwinism.
We cannot allow the fittest to survive on our pages. Your loss is someone
else's gain, and your gain is someone else's loss. Therefore, losers contribute
to the society and winners take away from it. Being a winner is unethical, while
a society of losers is happy and striving as a collective. In the spirit of diversity,
inclusiveness, and collectivism our contests shall have no winners.
Everyone is declared a loser, which in our book means an ethical team player.
