Busy Signals, a band I mention in my own Top 20, are quietly making
 some 
of the coolest underground punk rock meets power pop -- like pre-1980 
Pretenders backed by the Buzzcocks or something.

There's something really timeless, even magical, about the way they 
sound on vinyl. And it's authentic without trying to be. Really special
 
stuff that's neat to hear.
