They mention it, simple as that. Some people take mention as equivalent to
espousal. Because it works for them…something disturbs you or disagrees with
your Manifesto, use whatever pretext you need to to write it off. Beats
facing the truth.

What are these tendencies that I keep hearing about ? 
The lyrics certainly arent fascist and no one from the band has any
fascistic leanings , so what is the connection between fascism and Killing

Now that's a coincidence, was checking out the Wiki entry for Killing Joke
and look what I found:
 
At the same time, some journalists were suspicious about Killing Joke's
image and wrote that "Killing Joke's music includes certain fascist
tendencies...". This was a  kills..."
