I don't believe that it was an intentional rip off , Killing Joke didn't set out to rip people off , that's just the way it went . Someone probably lost a lot of money in this project , whoever funded it .
    Best of luck getting a refund , I cant See it being an easy task . I would be very surprised if you were successful and received a refund .
  Who is liable to pay you a refund ? Jaz ? Raven ? Record company? Credit Card Company ?
I would suggest that the Credit Card company would be the easiest to sue
