What right do we have to pressurise other Countries into accepting our
decadent ways? Boycotting the U.A.E. is just as extreme and arrogant as the
Islamic extremists who chastise the West for allowing Western Women to drive
cars . They have no right to dictate to us about how we live our lives, just
as we have no right to dictate to them about how they should live there
lives.
Adulterers got stoned to death in Iran , rape victims get prosecuted in
Saudi and people with mental problems are forced into being suicide bombers
in Iraq , yet you seem to feel that the right to take drugs is more
important than these issues .
The taking of drugs is illegal in these Countries and the punishment is
severe and when you visit these Countries you should respect these laws . It
doesn't mater what the amount is that you possess , simply having any amount
shows that you are a user of drugs and that is enough to warrant punishment
..
He only had a small amount , but he was drug trafficking all the same and
in some Counties this carries the death sentence .
Look at your own society and see what problems drugs have caused : Early
deaths, mental problems and ravaged bodies amonst other things and then ask
yourself why you feel that other Counties that dont have these problems
should allow the drug culture to creep in.
Drug usage isn't acceptable in other Counties or Cultures , you have no
right to influence other cultures into accepting Western decadent ways
