Your humble and very opinionated list brother would still like to know 
where/how to get the Nazis-saluting-the-pope t-shirt, white ink on 
black, for fairly cheap in $US dollars. It would have to say "KILLING 
JOKE" on it somewhere. I don't just want that pic without the band's 
name -- that might get my ass kicked more so than it would with the 
band's name on there.

So, where to buy that shirt, (US website?) and in a way that doesn't end 
up costing $70 USD once the currency is converted from UK sellers?
